Job Responsibilities • Completes assigned jobs according to company processes and IICRC industry standards, maintains quality control. • Work under the Supervision of the Lead Tech to complete water mitigation, demo and reconstruction of homes or businesses. • Interface out in the field with Homeowners or Adjuster in a professional manner. • Muti-tasks assignments with numerous conditions at multiple locations. Job Requirement • Good knowledge of Construction • Experience with hand / power tools • Ability to work overtime – when required • Participation in a weekly rotational on-call schedule • Valid Drivers’ License and satisfactory driving record to safely operate a company vehicle. Physical Demands and Working Conditions • Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. • Must be able to wear respirator and safety gear when job conditions warrant.
