Border Magic Franchise - Decorative Concrete Curbing - Day to Day Operator Needed - Full Time Border Magic is a decorative concrete landscape edging company servicing residences in the San Diego area. www.bordermagic.com Our company is filling a position for a GENERAL OPERATOR for the local business. Operator Compensation: $3000 / monthly base Commission on top of monthly sales revenue Projected income: 60k - 120k+ Onboarding process: Train on the crew first for several jobs Learn all processes and systems Transition in to Operator Role Operator Responsibilities include, but are NOT LIMITED TO: Working on site at customer’s residence to install Border Magic Working with 2-3 man crew of installers Hiring and training a crew Providing quotes to prospective customers Organizing job schedule week to week Ordering materials and supplies Communication with Ownership Position Requirements: Reliability, punctuality, and a good attitude Must have valid driver’s license Must be able to lift a MINIMUM of 85 lbs.
