QUICK & EASY FIX on my STRANDED truck!!!

I-80 near Weigh Station, Truckee CA

Description

I am STRANDED at the WESTBOUND WEIGH STATION in TRUCKEE, CA Someone forgot to tighten down ONE FLANGED NUT and ONE FLANGED BOLT on ONE SIDE my driveshaft carrier bearing BRACKET. So the passenger side nut and bolt have FALLEN OFF THE BRACKET ALTOGETHER. Driver side nut and bolt are still there and perfectly fine. I was INSPECTED in one of the garage bays and placed OUT OF SERVICE by the inspector for this problem and I am just stranded here at the weigh station. Nut and bolt are both FLANGED and appear to be about 1/2" coarse thread, which would be about 13 threads per inch. I could be a little bit off as to the exact size...and the factory original hardware might even be metric, since the truck is a Volvo. But as long as the flanged nut and bolt are about the same size and fit through the slots, it will work just fine. If you have some nuts and 2" to 3" long flanged bolts about that size....as well as some combo wrenches in 5/8" to 1" sizes.... and similar 1/2-drive sockets with a good 1/2-drive breaker bar....this would be a VERY EASY FIVE MINUTE FIX for you!! I have some cash as well as money in my Paypal account, which is READILY AVAILABLE. I also have fleet issued EFS checks as well. Just shoot me a call or text!!! Thanks, Scott
