Need 1/4 of RV 5th wheel Roof replaced

Have a 28 foot RV that needs repair. remove dry rot membrain. subroof and support structure that has been water damaged. Replace damaged wood structure, insulation, subroof plywood and patch in EPDM seal all seams with roof sealant for waterproof barrier. Also indoor cleaning detail, includes carpet wash. (It's not that dirty, has been cared for). Please tell me your experience with such jobs, References required!!
