Concrete cutting

I need to have concrete cut for 2 egress windows. The rough window openings will be 33"x 43". One of them is already excavated, but the other has a concrete slab in the way. I will need to get the concrete out and the hole dug to reach the foundation. Additionally, they both have 8 inch shelf extensions in the basement. These are not solid concrete. The pictures show this best. Now I don't mind if someone wants to take on the whole project including installation of the windows, but the main thing is the concrete cutting.
