Beginner upright bassist looking for musicians to practice/learn with

I've been playing electric bass for 7 years and have just recently decided to start on upright. I am finding great difficulty in it and think I could benefit from any practical experience jamming or gigging with one or two willing musicians! Down for any genre, I'm not picky. I live right near Boone and have availability most days of the week. Thanks for reading!
