Job description Full time maintenance technician position is available for Columbus area properties. Applicants must have own tools, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Pre-employment screening consists of a background check Maintenance Duties and responsibilities: • Perform preventative and routine maintenance tasks including but not limited to: o Plumbing o Electrical o Appliance repair o Unit turn work o Carpentry • Prioritize service requests (when applicable) • HVAC (Preferred) but not necessary • Ensure maintenance work areas remain organized • Other duties assigned as needed by management • Handles emergency service calls on a rotational basis (one week out of every 3 weeks) Benefits include vacation/incidental illness time, health/dental insurance, short/long term disability and retirement. Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience Salary Starting at: $19.00/hour. Compensation is hourly, based on education and experience. Raise after 90 days based on performance.
