You might have been a plumber, electrician, or performed other general home improvements or home renovations. POSITION OVERVIEW We're looking for a full-time handyman / residential repair person. This person works in the field performing warranty repair services in our customers' homes and occasionally obtaining measurements for new installations. REQUIRED SKILLS: *General knowledge of residential construction and basic home improvement and maintenance. *Ability to accurately take measurements *Strong verbal communications skills (English literacy) *Familiarity with mobile smartphones and ipads/tablets *Ability to maintain a preset schedule of job assignments. *Well-organized and on time to each appointment, without exception. *Valid Driver’s License. We're looking to hire multiple reliable new team members with this experience: *3+ years of remodeling, home improvement, contracting, carpentry, and/or residential home repairs or home maintenance experience *Lite plumbing, electrical and items associated within a bathroom, a plus. *2+ years of experience in exterior residential home improvement experience, a plus.
