*CONSTRUCTION LABORERS WANTED* We are currently looking for reliable and experienced laborers to come join our team at Suppi Construction in Bear, DE! We are a family-owned business that is growing and expanding. Come join our team where hard work is always appreciated and rewarded! Pay is competitive and negotiable based on experience! Key Responsibilities: - Assisting foreman on job site & following detailed construction plans. - Set up and clean up designated job sites. - Possess good problem-solving skills for all tasks assigned. - Loading and unloading all materials and equipment. - Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavation and compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, tampers, and rakes. - Assisting in installing sewer, water and storm drain pipes. - Perform all work competently and safely in compliance with State, Federal, and Company regulations. Requirements: - Construction experience - Strong work ethic - Be able to lift over 50 pounds - Able to work under pressure and is deadline-driven - Must retain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation - Must be able to work in all weather conditions - Required to wear all issued safety gear on job-site at all times - Overall hard worker with a good attitude and a “can-do” approach All employees must pass a pre-employment drug test!
