Yard cleanup

I have a very dead yard that needs a good tidying. Figure something around 2 hours with a mower and a trimmer would largely do the trick. Some weeding. Not a large lot, but I am responsible for the boulevard space, and they look like garbage too. I just want it to look less like a haunted house... $30/hr, looking to have someone come 8/24, 8/25, or morning 8/26.
