Removal of tile thin set - Float flooring with a self leveling compound where necessary maybe 2 - 3 small spots - R&R kitchen cabinets, Remove firdown in kitchen, install new nailer - install drywa;;, tape bed texture and paint, light sand and float walls and ceiling smooth in kitchen, dining room and nook, then re-texture with splatter drag - paint all - minmor electrical move 4 plug outlets straight up 8-12 inches, crown in dining room and foyer using corner blocking - install base and q round in kitchen libving room, dining room, nook small hallway and laundry room., remove door jamb and cassing in 5 locations - install flat pass through 1" x 6" board with casing - paint - install appliances - slide in oven, DW vent a hood a frew other detailed items.. send me your experience i will send you the scope of work and what we are paying for the job or each section 1.Demo work, 2.Drywall - frame nailer install and drywall installation, kitchen 3.Walls and Ceiling float asmooth and retexture caulk and paint 4.
