We have a number of recently vacated apartments that need to be turned for the next tenant. First one up is a two-bedroom that had not been badly beat up. There is a little clean-out left to do, and then it needs to be prepped and painted. Our regular maintenance people can handle the plumbing and electrical. You will need to clean the appliances, windows, bathroom and kitchen thoroughly. We have paid people on a flat rate to do these type of turns, with the rate negotiated and agreed up front. You will also have to meet a deadline for finishing. We supply paint and cleaning supplies. You need to have your own hand tools. If things work out well on the first one, we have about 6 more in the pipeline in Norfolk, and probably another 6 coming up in Portsmouth.
