We are a large marijuana cultivation facility looking to increase our team. We are currently hiring for multiple positions to include Trim Team Members, Packaging, and Garden. Duties include but are not limited to: Maintain a clean and organized working environment. Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time while focusing on detail-oriented work. Trimmers would be responsible for hand trimming flower from marijuana plants. Breakdown flowers off of stem and stalk of plant in order to separate unusable waste from usable product. Employee must track and be accountable for the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch. Employee must exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking, and communication skills. Take instructions and help out on tasks delegated by lead and assistant growers. Work in a quick and efficient manner and strive to increase productivity Assure daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance security protocols access protocols work schedules. Qualifications: High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Must stay current and adhere to the policies of the State of Nevada marijuana regulations Must be 21 years of age Must be able to pass a background check. Ability to work within a team. Computer, mathematics, language, and reasoning skills. Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale. Physical Demands: Ability to stand on feet or sit for extended periods of time. Ability to use repetitive use of hands, wrists, and forearms. Ability to see, hear, speak and write English clearly in order to communicate effectively with employees and visitors. Normal vision or corrected by use of glasses and/or contacts for normal reading and viewing. Abilities to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned, or to make general observations of facilities or structures. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to meet job and operate equipment requirements. Requires normal range of hearing with the ability to, receive detailed information through oral communication.
