We are seeking CSR/Dispatchers to join our in-office Reservations and Dispatch team. About you: - You’re an organized and detail-oriented puzzle-solver, with a professional and energetic customer-oriented attitude. - You’re a great communicator at all levels, with a talent for finding solutions, sometimes under pressure. - You’ve got office admin skills, able to balance competing priorities while providing a best-in-class customer experience. - You’re eager to learn what you don’t know and we’re ready to help you grow! About the gig: You’ll be the key to the seamless customer experience we provide to every client, responding to incoming calls with energy and professionalism, responding to emails, and efficiently scheduling trips to ensure optimal use of company vehicles and chauffeurs. Your role means anticipating and managing unexpected changes and incidents. You’re the great communicator, reviewing trip details with chauffeurs, responding to client questions and concerns, and keeping supervisors and the management team apprised of execution challenges. Pay ranges from $16-20 per hour, depending on experience Variety of shifts available: 7AM – 3PM; 11AM – 7PM; 3PM – 11PM, weekend availability a must Qualifications: - Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors/affiliates, and all Able Limousine staff - Excellent customer service skills - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills required - Geographical knowledge of New England area and traffic patterns - Adequate capacity for stress tolerance - Excellent command of English language for verbal and written tasks - Ability to make decisions and identify solutions - High School Diploma or equivalent - Working knowledge of MS Office applications - 2+ years related experience preferred. Experience: - Telephone Customer Srvc: 2 years (Preferred) - Transportation Dispatch: 2 years (Preferred)
