RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN/SUPERINTENDENT (Centereach) We are looking for an Experienced Maintenance Technician/Superintendent for our Apartment Community. We will only respond to replies with resumes, including phone number and location. Acceptable candidate must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing heating and ventilation systems. Sheetrock repairs, cleaning, caulking and painting, carpentry & carry out repairs as necessary to maintain buildings/apartments and entire property. Full responsibility for all maintenance functions. Looking for a Take Charge/Hands On Person who is responsible, dependable and team player. Perform any other duties as assigned by Property Manager.
