We are seeking a full time maintenance technician for a small apartment community.
The ideal candidate will possess the following assets:
Maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, appliance and painting skills
Can-do and team oriented attitude.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to perform on call services (can be shared with other team members)
Willingness to participate in daily grounds clean up.
Excellent benefits are offered and bonuses are earned by outstanding team members. Apartment available to be included in salary but not required.
Pre-employment Drug and criminal background screening is required. Candidate can have no landlord debt.
Valid drivers license and vehicle required.
