Missing Dog. 14 yrs old, 13lbs Chihuahua/Papillon mix. Long wavy haired. All white fur with a cloudy eye. Light brown ears with a brown spot on his left torso. A small mole on his left bottom lip. He is unable to run or walk too far because of his age. No collar, no microchip.
