This position is for a Full-time groundskeeper to work at our locations. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of cleaning experience, preferably in an apartment community setting. Position Overview: Groundskeeper property both indoors and outdoors; conducts routine property checks to ensure they are clean and well maintained. Responsibilities: Sweeps, Mops, Scrubs and Vacuums Common Areas and outdoor areas as needed. Empties Common Area Trash.
