Property Maintenance is critical to every apartment community, and it is our maintenance team that carries out this role. A Maintenance Technician will be responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new residents, routine and emergency maintenance calls. Excellent Customer Service skills required. Must possess some knowledge of plumbing and light electrical. Able to troubleshoot minor appliance and electrical issues. Good at multi-tasking. Weekend work required.

This is a full time position with an excellent benefit package. Schedule is 40 hours a week. Must be available for on call assignments as needed.
