Savannah Monitor with full bioactive enclosure

Description
I custom built this awesome 8x4x4 enclosure for my young Savannah Monitor that is now 2.5 years old. I am re-purposing my shop and, sadly, need to move out enclosures to protect them from fumes and noise that will come. The enclosure is fully bioactive - with good healthy soil, CUC (clean up crew) consisting of many different types (isopods, springtails, dubias, morio worms and beetles, buffalo beetles, earthworms, etc). It has several plants, including a large thriving prayer plant, pothos, and snake plants. Please do some initial research on bioactive enclosures. The enclosure has screen covered ventilation with computer fans for circulation. It includes PAR38 heat lamps and bulbs, CHE, mercury vapor UVB, and LED plant light. There are 2 large locking and sliding windows (fully insulated house windows). The monitor is 2.5 years old, about 30 inches (haven't measured for a while, just an estimate) and NOT "puppy dog tame", but a healthy, very active, always hungry sav. I have worked hard to ensure it is not obese and has a great chance at living a long and healthy life. I can pet and hold him for short sessions, but don't recommend forced handling or walking on leashes. If you want an obese, chronically cold, non-aggressive, non-active, short lifespan, potato of a sav, please look elsewhere (a dime a dozen sadly). This is a little dinosaur with an awesome naturalistic enclosure allowing lots of mental and physical stimulation. I do not yet know if it is a male or female. To move the enclosure, it will need to be emptied out and then set on a flatbed trailer that can accommodate a heavy 8x4 structure. I can help load from my shop, but you'll need to have help on the other end. It is possible to dismantle, but it wasn't really built with that in mind so would take some effort. I'm going to be asking a small rehoming fee and $ to cover the materials of the enclosure. They must go as a package. Please, serious inquiries only. I will be screening potential new owners to be sure they understand savannah monitor care, bioactive enclosures, and will be able to provide correct long-term care and a safe environment. Rehoming fee: $50 Enclosure: $450
