Lost female black kitten small for her age

Phantom is a completely black kitty with a handful of white hairs on her tummy and she is small for her age about 3-4 months old. Typically she is rather skittish towards strangers when she is anywhere besides our room; however given the circumstances and assuming she wandered off further than recognizable for her, she probably would approach someone esp if they have a can of wet food. Phantom is the first kitten/cat to actually imprint on my husband instead of me. It breaks my heart to see him near tears talking/thinking about her. Please help us find our little Phanta-Roo. We love and take very good care of our kitties; they are our world and right now it feels broken. Thank you to everyone who is able to help.
