marine drive near NE 33rd, Portland OR

Description

I am posting this for a friend. This is Jake, he was last with his owner on 8/17 three days ago at McCuddys Marina near 33rd and marine drive. I’m not sure of the details but he might of drowned and if so, he will surface somewhere in the Hayden Island channel. If anyone who lives down there on a houseboat finds him please reply to me. There is also a possibility that he could of made it to shore and he’s still alive
