We run a software engineering agency and are trying a new program. We want to take motivated individuals and turn them into advanced engineers. If you have a serious interest in learning software engineering and if you are self motivated. This might be a great opportunity to crack into a business that does well. We only have room for three positions. The training program consist of three major steps. 1. Getting to know software. How it works. How it is put together. What tools are needed. (Part time) 2. Joining our sales team to help lock in new opportunities. While you are training to be an engineer. We will also get you involved in project management where you will have the opportunity to represent the agency and help us retain new contracts. (Part time) 3. Learning how to manage whole apps and websites independently. After a few months of work we will graduate you to manage your own projects partnered with the agency to help guide and support your efforts. (Full and part time)
