Lehmann Pools & Spas is hiring for our residential and commercial Construction Department and are in need of talented individuals to fill the positions listed below! CONSTRUCTION LABORER: $25-30 • Good work ethic/ self-motivated/reliable • Clean & professional appearance • Willing to learn & can follow directions • Arrive to work on time • Knowledge of tools • Good communication skills • LIFT 80 pounds at minimum • Able to use power tools • Plumbing experience with PVC pipe • Equipment operation, skid steer/ excavator • Pool and concrete forming • Pool steel & reinforcing installation and adjustments • Pool coping (pavers and natural stone) • Pool tile installation (ceramic and glass tile) • Decking installation (paver stones and natural stone) • Driver’s license and clean driving record • Monday - Saturday (Saturdays required) 40 Hours per week minimum / Plus overtime MUST SPEAK SOME ENGLISH, BILINGUAL PERFERRED WE OFFER: COMPETITIVE PAY RETIREMENT PLAN PAID HOLIDAYS HEALTH PLAN CONTRIBUTIONS YEARLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES EOE BASIC DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONS: These positions are hands on.
