Water technician duties include: Demolition of affected commercial and residential properties Installation of drying equipment Application of chemical products in response to the water loss Water extraction Benefits include: Competitive pay = $18 - $22 per hour (plus generous bonuses!) with minimum of 40 hours a week guaranteed. Benefits available after 3 months. Paid company holidays. Accrued vacation time. Full time position. Expectations: Must have a valid driver’s license, your own reliable transportation to our shop/client addresses and a clean driving record Ability to work in the USA Must be able to read and speak fluent English, fluent in Spanish is a plus Water restoration and demolition experience preferred (IICRC certifications preferred) Mechanically inclined Basic math skills Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemical Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Please send your resume AND a cover letter about why you would be a great fit with PDQ Restoration.
