False name on this email but reading and hearing what I do is heart breaking.Most staff are New and try to do as they are told and just go with the flow but some are very uncomfortable with the remarks of staff that has been there a long time,to long.These are not objects to play with they are people.The money comes from grants and hard working tax payers and yet the staff that decides is mainly a few and they constantly reward people fir bad behavior.Where does that ever work? Alliance can be a great help but when a few power hungry people decide to give to who they want it is time for a audit.I think there is one coming.. People should know the truth. The rainbow here has some darkness in it.
