I have a 1180 s.f. pool house in Cave Creek that is months behind schedule and ready for a mono-pour foundation immediately. I gave a guy Carlos Rodriguez, dba Handyworkz, 50% and he did nothing but run off with my money so I'm not willing to pay that much up front again to someone I don't know, I'll give some but need to see progress before I give more out. I've already hired out to have the footings dug and it's ready to be formed and lay steel. The budget is $8,000 and I'll email you the plans to review if requested but they show footing & stem, we're doing mono. Phil
