Draft Technician Needed - Can be trained in!

Keg Techs is excited to welcome a new draft technician to our growing team! As a draft technician, you will stay busy sanitizing, installing, and maintaining draft systems in local businesses-anywhere from bars and pubs to restaurants to casinos, our customers appreciate that their equipment is maintained and in safe and quality condition. You will learn about all the equipment and maintenance involved in beer dispensing and improve your knowledge of the UP community and its diversity of businesses! The candidate will be self-driven, willing to learn, consistently responsible, and have an eye for detail. Experience with bar tending, kegs or draft equipment, customer service, or sales is appreciated, but not required. Some responsibilities may include cleaning draft beer equipment, checking equipment for quality, installing parts, and working with customers and our sales team to make sure the customer has the proper equipment and cleaning schedule for their needs. We would love to show you the ropes! Jobs may require lifting heavy equipment at times, as well as long periods of standing. Shifts are during the day and will require occasional early mornings, to best accommodate the operational needs and hours of our customers. Requires some travel within Upper Michigan, but rarely overnight. This position will begin as part-time with options to become full-time in the future. A Company vehicle may be provided by the company for work use when warranted. Benefits are available once competence is met by the employee.
