As Texas Insulation (www.texasinsulation.com) continues to grow, our need for additional quality team members also grows. We are currently seeking candidates for a Spray Foam Service Line Manager. The Spray Foam Service Line Manager bears the overall responsibility of ensuring that projects within the region are properly staffed, that production and quality are at the highest standards, and the safety of our employees as well as other employees on the job site is ensured through our work efforts. This position oversees field teams on every project within the region and must ensure the professional development of those teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the SPRAYFOAM INSULATION industry with a strong working knowledge of all spray foam insulation types and applications. The individual in this role must possess time management and organizational skills to handle several projects with the same time frame. In addition, this position will be provided a company vehicle and will be bonus eligible. REQUIREMENTS: • Experience in the construction/insulation industry. • Must have solid knowledge of all spray foam insulation types and applications. • Proven effective leadership/project and people management skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization. • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and recognize priorities. • Proficient computer skills. RESPONSIBLITIES WILL INCLUDE: • Onsite Personnel Management • Review budget for project staff and manage costs accordingly. • Negotiate pay scales and jobsite per diem. • Ensure crew members are enforcing EOA’s policies and values on projects. • Forecast field supervision needs across multiple projects; coordinate the inner movement of supervisor. Project Execution: • Overall responsible for productivity and quality. • Responsible for ensuring safe work practices. • Identify best work practices to perform project. • Establish standards for materials and resources. • Establish standards for quality of work. • Ensure jobsite purchases are minimized and conducted through proper channels / accounts. • Order Tools and Equipment for projects and coordinate delivery. • Create requisition for mobilization needs (i.e. trailer, equipment, etc.). • Review project specifications with Operations Managers for potential savings on materials and applications. • Monitor average man-hour costs. • Ensure crew members are aware of scope of work and process for approvals for extra work.
