Seeking experienced yard maintenance/landscaping professional who has valid drivers license, truck and equipment with a clean driving record who can work independently and trustworthy. Good communication skills is required with a smart phone capable of sending before after photos of work requested.Integrity and trustworthiness is a must.
The ideal candidate will move with a sense of urgency understanding that time is money and speed and efficiency determines pay rate.Must be able to endure working in the humid Atlanta heat. Pay is reflective of your skill level and how fast and efficiently you work.

* Natural ability to lead, motivate and teach others to work in compliance with company standards and policies.

* Knowledge of all lawn care equipment
* Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading others.
Crew Member:
* Past experience is a plus (but not required, willing to train the right person).
* Work with other crew members and communicate clearly, while working as a team.
* Must have ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule.
* Enjoy working outdoors
* Option to advance within the company
* Must also have the ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
