eradicate Morning Glory in 2 or 3 back yards

We've identified that we have the white flowering Morning Glory. It's growing along our fence lines [and some is growing between the fence and an Arbor Vitae hedge (therefore will need to be "painted" with appropriate herbicide, not sprayed)]. We need someone to come and spray + "paint" the flowering weed this Autumn, and then dig out [like a surgeon] any of those vines that come up in early ~April, 2023. The roots will need to be gently followed to their end, in the Spring. This job is not for the faint of heart: a small piece of Morning Glory stem that is not picked up can grow roots and become a new plant. If a vine is just "pulled", the remaining root will create new, multiple shoots of the vine. The roots can go 8" into the ground, at least. We are open to negotiating with you for the price you will charge us (each household). We would all do this ourselves, but we're seniors, and it's quite a job. We will give you markers to put in the ground to show that you "painted" each vine growing among the Arbor Vitae. If interested, please just respond to this ad with your phone number. Thank you
