Looking for a Maintanance person for :
Outside/inside Cleaning
Painting,
Moving equipment
Snow removal from walkways and stairs
Patch roof leaks
Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing is preferred but not mandatory.
Very flexible schedule as long as the work is done. Perfect for a person that works full time and needs extra income. This is a per day ( 7hrs of work ) 1099 contract work. Must consent to a background check. May lead to a full time position for the right candidate.
