Upright bass player for jazz trio wanted

I'm a nylon string acoustic guitar player working with a drummer to replace our bass player for a jazz trio in the style of classic groups like the Bill Evans trio, Bola Sete trio, and Sonny Rollins' strollin' concept. We're mostly doing creative, updated arrangements of jazz standards, but also jazz renditions of more current pop songs, and have started to branch out into writing our own compositions. I definitely love the sound of acoustic upright bass in this mix, but we'd consider electric bass if it seemed like a good fit. We're eclectic in our approach to genres, incorporating sounds from hip-hop, soul, rock, latin, experimental, and even some classical into this acoustic trio framework. While we're serious about our craft and would be looking for gigs, we're not professionals and just want to have fun. Super casual!
