Property Management company is seeking experienced, skilled, professional and trustworthy Plumber to correct the incorrect installation of a shower faucet knob so that the faucet installed by original renovation contractor. Currently, the faucet when turned on, starts off on the hot position and then gets cold. Aim is to reverse this and have the faucet start on the cold position and then get increasingly hot. Work window is between September 2nd and the 13th. Project must be completed by the 13th. House is available for in-person assessment on September 1st at or after 11am. Requirements: *Must complete an application *Submit EIN or SNN & valid government-issued photo ID *Sign contract *Accept installment payments with final payment made after work is approved by company representative as satisfactory *Provide references and photos of 3 most recent jobs *Perform work within the following work window: Monday through Friday between 7am and 6pm *Agree to work at least 5 hours per day until completion *Upload progress photos and videos to WhatsApp chat with property supervisory during work
