Busy residential construction company looking to add to our team of craftsmen.We are looking to add both a construction worker and construction lead. Ideal applicants take pride in their work, are punctual, detail oriented, can take direction, and look to lead from their position by performing to their highest ability. Pay based on experience $18 -$$, full or part time with room for growth. Willing to train the right individual. Work Hours: M-F start times vary depending upon project. We start as early as 8am and conclude as late as 5pm. Pay is weekly. Occasional opportunities for Saturday work & bonus pay. Preferably applicants should have a general knowledge and skills/abilities in the majority of the following, while ideally specializing in at least one category: -Drywall Hanging/Patching/Texture -Tile Setting -Laminate/Vinyl Plank Installation -Carpentry- Framing -Electrical- change fixtures, outlets, switches -Plumbing- basic faucets, drains, and shower fixtures -Door installation Construction Worker Requirements -Must have own RELIABLE transportation -Must be able to lift 60+ pounds overhead. Some projects will require excessive bending, lifting, and/ or carrying of materials. -Must be able to take direction -Desire to learn and excel Construction Lead Requirements -Must possess all requirements of worker listed above Able to be left on a job site unsupervised for a majority of the day if needed, complete given tasks, and assist as well as supervise team members. -Must have your own basic tools - specialty tools will be made available, as needed. -Must possess the ability to speak with clients regarding progress of project and notate change order requests for approval when client elicits conversation. MUST SPEAK ENGLISH and have proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Pay from $18 + depending on experience. Room for advancement and growth.
