Yahara Property Management, a dynamic, expanding organization seeks a Maintenance Person for upkeep of rental properties located in the Evansville/Stoughton WI area. Candidates must have experience in building maintenance including but not limited to: Lawn care/landscaping Apartment Turnovers Painting Drywall repair Light plumbing Cleaning Completion of work orders Snow Removal This role requires close communication with YPM employees, vendors and tenants while working efficiently and effectively on multiple tasks. A strong work ethic and customer service focus is a must! This position has variable hours from 25 to 40 hours per week with some on-call responsibilities.
