10 Gallon Tank with a Small Animal Tank Topper (basically a second story living area). Includes accessories including water dropper, treadmill-wheel, treadmill-disk, straw and bedding and a clear roller ball for exploring outside the habitat. Recently occupied and well loved by an enormous and ever growing family of gerbils that, sadly, had to be evicted because they wouldn’t stop having very cute and tiny babies that would grow up very quickly and have even cuter tiny babies of their own. We used the smaller plastic habitat for the little ones we thought were boys, but it turns out gerbils are very difficult to sex and they have a LOT of babies. Like all the time. Could easily be used for another gerbil family, mice, hamsters or any other of the tiny-small animal group. Probably too small for keeping rats, unless used as a secondary space for isolation or special care. Everything is included for $100! I’m happy to meet up anywhere within the Tucson City Limits between your place and mine. Weekends preferred.
