Rehoming f dog

We are looking for a new home for a 4 year old mix pup. She is a sweet dog who loves kids, but needs training ( sol dog board and train was reccomended to us). She is crate trained. Not dog door trained and is used to being crated when we are gone. Has been around cats, tries to play with them. She is being bullied by our other dog and could use another high energy dog as a playmate. She has allergies and a belly rash (cream can be used but she has to be coned and she hates that). She is current on her license. I just think a home with with space and a playmate or someone who can train her better and be active with her would be a better fit.
