Adopt shelter dog Mike, waiting a year!

The city shelter at 2020 Forest Street is packed! Especially in need of homes are long timers like Mike. Mike is 5 years old. Due to some hearing and vision issues, he needs to be the only pet in the home. Even a foster home would give him a much needed break from the stress of the kennels. Most adoptions are currently free or $20 for a fully vetted dog or cat. The shelter is open Monday to Friday from noon to 7 and Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 6. I am a volunteer, trying to save lives.
