Responsible, Reliable and Trustworthy Dockmaster needed for Small Marina (50 slips) in Sebastian with approx. 40 current tenants.
Dockmaster duties are as followed but not limited to maintaining dock repairs, getting new dock tenants, maintaining tenants contracts, insurance & payments (along with a secretary), insure safety procedures are maintained.
Great job for boat lover or anyone looking to work just 25-hours or so a month. Candimate should have management experience, knowledtge of boats, handiman and self-motivated.
