Description
A piece of the ceiling fell in the back room and another room had a bad leak. The roof has been replaced since this has happened.
1. The ceilings need to be fixed/replaced.
2. I want smooth walls throughout the house vs plaster walls. So my preference would be to place drywall over the plaster walls.
3. The most cost effective but efficient way would be the goal. Fair and reasonable price.
