Pfeifer Roofing is looking for a Warehouse Worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse Worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, inventory accountability, maintaining equipment, packing, loading/unloading trucks, and scanning inventory. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Reliable- must be consistently on time and ready to work. Trainable- must have the ability to take direction, learn quickly, and follow through with tasks given. Strong- must be able to lift and move 50# materials throughout the day as needed. Accountable- when a task is given and you’ve been trained to perform, you will take responsibility for its completion. Understanding of roofing is a plus, but not necessary. Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary. A good Warehouse Worker should be able to work in a team environment and have a great work ethic. The ideal skills are the ability to coordinate, organize and plan. Being dependable with excellent time management and documentation skills is a huge asset. Pfeifer Roofing offers forklift certification training onsite as part of our safety orientation training.
