Looking for a skilled, reliable and hard-working handyman to provide maintenance service for building in Costa Mesa and if available a home rental in Lake Elsinore. We are looking for someone skilled in the following areas. Drywall and stucco repairs Laying Tile Painting – Sanding, Patching Fencing Plumbing Repair Stairs and waterproof Fascia Board Repair - Sand/scrape/Patch with Bondo Minor Electrical repairs Make Screens Must Haves: * Transportation – may Need to transport building materials, etc. * Basic Tools * Disciplined, punctual and friendly * Clean up after projects $22-25 per hour DOE Work would start Sunday if available and if not, then on Monday 8/22 in Costa Mesa.
