Handyman Jack of all Trades $17 hr (Roanoke) compensation: $17 hour Looking for a man (or woman) of many talents......the first talent, which seems to be the hardest one to find, is the ability to show up on time, on the arranged date, and work a full day without disappearing halfway through a job. Jeesh! I have at least a week's worth of work starting NOW for someone who is reliable, with skills and tools. Oh, and a truck would be really helpful too. I have 3 rental properties in the area, so someone local who lives close to Roanoke would be fantastic. I would love to find the right person who can work with me on an ongoing basis as things come up Skills that are useful are below: Landscaping Minor repairs and troubleshooting Minor electrical and plumbing issues - I have a hot water heater that is leaking in one property Painting Putting together exterior furniture Helping to sort out the garage Gutter install Light carpentry - I have an almost done deck Door installation Clean-up / Cleaning Nice attitude - that appears to be a hard one too Ability to respond with a detailed email with your phone number and skills - that skill seems to be hard to find too :( Would prefer you to speak English, but I have my mate Alexa and she can translate if necessary.
