Tree cutting and trimming - Insurance required

We are taking bids and looking for an insured and experienced person to cut the trees down at property that we are remodeling. there are many small trees we need cut down low and I have a tree killing chemical I want you paint on the stumps. There is also a VERY LARGE tree that we don't want cut down but we do need the branches cut back, removing the dead branches and clearing anything that hangs over the house.
