Abandon cat needs new home

My neighbors moved and left behind their cat. She's very sweet, very affectionate. I have been feeding her and allowing her to hang out in my back porch. However I cannot have cats due to my lease. So I can't keep her. She's about 1 year old. A beautiful, overall healthy long haired Calico. Not sure how she does with other animals as I have only interacted with her. She seems kid friendly because my kids were able to pet her and feed her without any issue. She is jumpy and clingy but that's to be expected since she was abandoned by her owners. If you can give her a loving home, it would help her so much. Rehoming fee of $30 to ensure she'll be taken by someone responsible. The shelters near me are closed until tomorrow and I won't be home to take her in.
