The rental is a clean 1000 sq ft retail store-front shop with sparse kitchen/bedroom/ furnishings, plenty of open space and two bathrooms (no shower). It is not open to the public, I use it for online sales/storage and part-time housing. It is available at least until December and quite possibly longer. Musicians, power tools, and those who like to rock loud are welcome as well. There is some musical equipment available for use as well as a stereo with record player.
If you have non-traditional housing or private work/hobby space needs and are reliable I'm very flexible and can offer more or less days and safe storage area 7 days a week. Basically it's 40 bucks a day and we can negotiate the rest if your schedule varies (you'll be given a $40 credit if you give advance notice you won't need to use it a certain day so only pay for what is scheduled to use)
Please note that this is a vacation rental so rent is to be prepaid either monthly or weekly and entry will be denied (except to access storage) without prior payment. $300 security deposit. The full month must be paid before move-in but after that you can pay weekly if you like.
