Location: Beverly Hills/Century City Schedule: Monday – Friday, approx 1-9 pm (with flex) up to 40 hours a week Compensation: $30/hour + take home, DOE *Family currently lives in Larchmont but is moving to Century City September 15th.  A business-mom in the Century City/Beverly Hills area is seeking a seasoned nanny to join her team. The position will require someone who is also happy to manage the house. Mrs is an incredibly busy single mom of two (one in college and one 12 year old) and is in need of someone who can be an extension of her when she is away, handling all things household and child related. Major duties will include the supervision and driving of her 12 year old (who is very mature, respectful and well – behaved), picking up from school, making sure he gets his homework done, facilitating his evening routine, taking him outside to play basketball, etc. Some days he will need to be picked up from school and other days he takes the bus home. Duties will also include some grocery shopping, keeping the house in order, handling small projects, doing a load of laundry, making up the beds/couches if needed, and walking/feeding their two dogs. Cooking dinner on a daily basis is a must for this role, so please be very comfortable in the kitchen and happy to help in this area. Simple meals like pastas, baked chicken, veggies, etc are great --- nothing fancy will be required.  The ideal candidate is trustworthy, honest, reliable, a team player, a GREAT communicator, and genuinely wants to be helpful and take care of a small family. This is a great position for someone who loves to keep busy and will continuously find things to do and ways to be helpful (not being in your phone or clock watching). MUST have excellent references and ideally have held a very similar position for 5 - 10 years. The position is generally 35 hours a week, but could allow for additional hours (up to 40), but these hours would be later in the evening and will require flexibility.
