Full Job Description Do you possess strong attention to detail and take special care of your own home needs? Are you looking for a part-time opportunity and have good home management skills? We are seeking a House Manager to prepare and manage our home residence for the family needs in New Tampa. This is a part-time opportunity position up to 20 hours weekly, 4 hours per day. The work hours may vary between 8 am-6 pm. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to earn some additional income. Must have reliable transportation. We will provide detailed instructions for how we'd like our home to be run. What you’ll do • Keep home clean, tidy, and straighten up; vacuum, fluff pillows, clean bathrooms (supplies provided) • Laundry – wash bedding and towels; make beds, as needed; personal laundry; steaming and ironing of clothing items; drop-off/pick-up dry-cleaning items • Kitchen – empty dishwasher and handwash dishes; stock beverage refrigerators; complete grocery shopping; clean out the fridge Trash – put trash and recycling at the curb weekly Meals - prepping and portioning family meals according to recipes provided and dietary needs Other Tasks – assisting Husband or Wife with any errands.
