The Line Cook will provide and maintain high quality standards and procedures in preparing and serving all restaurant's food while keeping the kitchen clean, safe and a sanitary environment in which to work. Duties and Responsibilities: Preparation of all cold items to include, but not limited to, salads, dressings, garnishes, and the plating of desserts. Preparation of vegetable, fruits, proteins, and other foods as assigned for daily operations. Maintain solid knowledge of all food products, sanitation standards, and all policies / procedures and is able to skillfully apply culinary techniques. Work as a team and effectively communicate with management, chefs, and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or employees. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly. Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines. Cleans kitchen equipment. You may come in-person to Hotel Burbank to fill out an application and drop off resumes. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist team with overall daily operations, maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance requirements of building. Respond, prioritize, complete, and follow-up on customer service requests per Company policy. Responsible for all service requests including: lighting, restroom/kitchen plumbing, minor electrical, ceiling tiles, door/lock repair. Perform repair and replace electrical receptacles, switches, sensors, lamps, ballasts, and fixtures. Perform repair and replace plumbing fixtures, faucets, valves, water heaters, and piping. Perform the following building general maintenance tasks as required: minor carpentry, painting, drywall repair, ceiling tiles/grid repair/replacement, wallpaper repair, flooring/base repair, minor concrete repair, etc. You may come in-person to Hotel Burbank to fill out an application and drop off resumes.
